Your Graduate Future: 22–26 February 2021
Update: this event was held in February 2021; the booking links below have been replaced with links to recordings of the live sessions, where available
Yes, times are tough. But life will always bring challenges. Asking for help, and accepting the support being offered, builds positivity and confidence, and the skills needed to deal with change and new situations.
If you are a recent graduate, or are graduating in 2021, our Your Graduate Future week of events has been designed with you in mind, as you make the transition from University into the world of work (although all current students are welcome to attend too).
All but one of the sessions are exclusively for Aber students and graduates.
- We have lined up amazing, inspirational external speakers, who are running essential life skills sessions on finding your purpose, making decisions, harnessing nerves, communicating confidently, and looking after yourself too.
- Employers are holding skills workshops on succeeding at online assessment centres and video interviews (both practices set to stay post-COVID).
- We are looking at emerging skills needs and jobs, and changing recruitment practices.
- Our Careers Consultants will help with your job search, and with considering all next step options.
