Your comment: Wait times for computing help are too long in the Hugh Owen library. Staff are spending too long with each customer, being friendly is good but not when there's a big queue.

Thank you for your feedback about waiting times for the computing help desk.

We monitor response times and the service provided at all our support points on an ongoing basis. There are times when there is more demand for in person support at our Service Desk. Our staff always aim to provide as efficient service as possible but some enquiries do take longer. We also provide a phone, email and online chat support so would suggest that if you are unable to wait for support in person that you use one of these alternative methods.
