REF:66-2203-5370930 - Issues with document camera in teaching room

Your comment: The PTZ camera in Edward Llwyd, 0.26 is poorly working, it always tries to focus, but never focuses. It's hard to believe that every time we need to read some unfocused handwriting in this room as we use it quite a lot for our module. Hopefully it gets better soon then everyone could see some proper stuff. Thanks.

Please accept our apologies for the issues you’ve been experiencing with the equipment in the teaching room. I am happy to let you know that our IT team installed a new doc cam in the room last week and are awaiting testing to confirm that the issues are resolved. We will be able to test the camera when teaching resumes after the Easter break, but hopefully the resolution will be much clearer.
