Your comment: The hugh owen noise complaint line doesn't work, when you text it nothing happens

Many thanks for sharing your feedback. Our apologies for the problems you have experienced using the noise alert text number. The texts are monitored by library staff during staffed hours. We do try to respond immediately but when staff are busy a text may occasionally be missed. We shall send a reminder of the importance of monitoring the texts today.

If you do have an issue and have not received a response via text within a reasonable time, please do visit any of the library desks (on Level D and Level F) and our staff will help you.
