Your comment: Can we have more books available on the click and collect service from Hugh Owen? The limit of 10 is a bit daft for 3 third year modules, especially when I have to pre-book slots to go and pick them up.

Our response:

Thank you for your comment. The limit is on the number of requests you can have 'live' at any one time, not how many you can have all term. Users should only be requesting and borrowing the books they currently need and are actively using. Any book you take out of the library can be requested by another user and then you would need to return it whether you had had chance to read it or not. Returned books need to be quaratined for 72 hours which takes them out of circulation for that time. By limiting the number of requests at any one time we hope that users will be more selective in what they request.
