This project explored the impacts smart technology on society. While making life more convenient, smart tech has been associated with a loss of privacy and autonomy.
Research considered how people respond to the predictions smart technology makes; why people use wearable smart technology; what it is like in smart-tech workplaces like Amazon Fulfilment Centres; and why people are now deleting Facebook.
