45. Measurement resources in quantum information theory
Dr Jukka Kiukas
This project develops mathematical models for measurements used in quantum information processing.
Going beyond quantum entanglement and Heisenberg uncertainty, the measurement-centred approach has very recently proved crucial for modern applications requiring artful extraction of information from complex noisy physical systems to make optimal use of their quantum properties.
