Miss Sarah Jackson

Date joined RBI and previous employment

Sarah joined RBI in July 2022 from Ceredigion County Council where she was part of the senior team assisting in the delivery of the Welsh Government Test Trace and Protect plan, working alongside Welsh Government and Hywel Dda Health Board, Sarah held this role for two years. Prior to the Covid pandemic Sarah worked in property management for ten years in Aberystwyth.

Main responsibilities at previous employment

As a senior tracing officer, Sarah was responsible for liaison with multiagency staff for the tracking and management of high priority covid cases, such as vulnerable and elderly persons. Sarah had supervisory responsibility for the successful day to day operation of a team of officers, ensuring all interaction and advice provided to the public was to current legislation. Sarah would oversee the everyday function of the CRM database, keeping records up to date, and reporting to senior management.

Education and work experience

Sarah studied to degree level in Graphic Arts in Swansea and has ten years of experience in property management.

Experience and knowledge

Sarah brings lots of experience of working to legislation, regulation, and policies alongside multiagency working. She has excellent communication and organizational skills from twelve years of working within the public sector.

Main responsibilities within RBI

Sarah manages the operational support function within the department, working closely with the Director and the Management team. Sarah is responsible for the implementation of a range of business and information processes and systems and has responsibility to ensure a comprehensive, effective, and efficient administrative service to support RBI.

Sarah really enjoys working with lots of different departments and learning about new and exciting projects.
