Brief description
This course will provide an introduction to the waste hierarchy, with a focus on the importance of waste prevention and reduction, and reusing resources
Content
Through a series of online lectures, guided reading and quizzes, students will explore:
• The waste hierarchy in relation to dealing with different waste resources in the agri-food sector
• Approaches for waste prevention, reduction, and/or reuse
