Learning Outcomes
On completion of this module students should have:
1) developed their knowledge of the Spanish language to a high level, particularly with regard to their oral and written communicative skills
2) developed confidence in their ability to communicate in front of others and to construct a logical and persuasive discourse in Spanish
Brief description
This module offers an introduction to the linguistic registers of business and current affairs. It seeks to provide students with practical vocabulary in such areas as computing, banking, stock exchange and the organization of business enterprises. Students will be expected to make use of authentic current affairs and business materials.
