CROS

 

The Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS) is a biennial survey of Research Staff that has taken place at Research Institutions across the UK since 2002. It gathers data about working conditions, career aspirations and career development opportunities for research staff. It enables us to:

• plan and review how we recruit, support and develop our Research Staff
• provide evidence in relation to external assessments and awards e.g. European HR Excellence in Research or the Research Excellence Framework
• compare views of our researchers with those from the UK benchmarking group.
