Always up for a challenge, I'm not afraid to dive into new projects or hobbies. When I am not at work, you will likely find me in my garden, crafting, spending time with my husband and kids, or watching the amazing sunsets in Aberystwyth.

About me

I joined Aberystwyth University in 2013 working across the registry and student support departments. In January 2016, I was employed to develop a new student engagement project (no longer a project and is part of the Universities intellectual property) which was very early on in its life cycle.

I am passionate about enhancing the student experience through the collection and analysis of data and projects and activities that are designed to enhance student experience. I enjoy helping students find their way through challenging times.

I manage several services around the student experience, I gather and analyse data and put together strategic objectives to enhance the student experience. I have developed a unique Module Evaluation Questionnaire system, standardised module evaluation across the university and other methods of customer service at Aberystwyth university. I work in partnership with the Student Union and Student Voice group. Since her appointment Aberystwyth University National Student Satisfaction results have risen from 83% in 2013 to 91% in 2019 (7% above the sector).
