Wellbeing collection
The Library has a range of resources that can help you find the information and support you need to manage many common mental health conditions or difficult feelings and experiences. To help you get started, we have put together the Read Well Reading List of books and e-books available from the Library.
Many of the titles feature in the Reading Agency’s Reading Well for Mental Health collection, a selection of self-help books that cover a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, body image problems, grief and stress. In addition to these, Read Well includes fiction, poetry and titles that address some of the unique challenges faced by disabled people and people in LGBTQ+ communities and of ethnic minority backgrounds.
You will also find links to a selection of online courses covering Anti-Racism, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing and Self-Care that all students and staff at Aberystwyth University can follow for free through Linkedin Learning.
