Staff
Information Services (IS) provide library, computing and media services for Aberystwyth University. To make use of our facilities you will need an Aberystwyth University computing account and an Aber card. All use is subject to Information Services Regulations and Guidelines.
Computing accounts for all staff, including Temporary staff, Non-contracted staff, Honorary staff and External Examiners, are generated and updated from the Human Resources/Payroll system via an overnight process. Please ensure that you have completed and submitted all forms requested by Human Resources. For External Examiners computing access will be facilitated via the Academic Quality and Records Office.
Once your computing account has been created you will be emailed with instructions for activating it.

Retired staff
Retired staff may have free Associate Readership to the University's library facilities and an alumni email address.
