COVID-19 helpdesk

The University has a dedicated COVID-19 helpdesk.


The team can help you with any questions you may have, and provide support, information and guidance to students who are self-isolating, displaying symptoms or who have tested positive for coronavirus.

If a student informs the University that they are self-isolating, a member of the COVID-19 helpdesk team will be in contact with them to offer support and guidance including help as required with food or medical prescription deliveries, laundry and clothing.
