Regradings under the Grading Assessment Procedure

Regradings (Change from January 2014)

  1. Request received by HR to evaluate job
  2. Dept receive grade back – if grade increases, then dept seek finance approval
  3. Where finances available ID or HoD for a service department can approve (finance approval to be sent with form from ID/HoD to HR)
  4. Request to implement regrading – (not backdated) sent to HR to action

Responsibility allowance applications
