Commemorative Photography

During graduation week Ede & Ravenscroft will offer portrait photography from studios based in the Parry Williams Building.

Further information on this service will be available by the end of April.

Planning your day

You will need to collect your pre-booked gown prior to having official photographs taken.  Photographs can be taken before, or after, your ceremony providing you with flexibility on the day.

In addition to portrait photographs taken in the Parry Williams Building, other photographs taken by Ede & Ravenscroft to commemorate the day include:

  • award photographs as students cross the stage in the Great Hall during the ceremony.
  • a large group photograph of the graduating cohort, typically taken at the front of the Arts Centre on LaScala following the ceremony.

Robes

Please note, all graduating students are required to wear the correct academic dress at their degree ceremony.   Further information on how to book your robe in advance of the day can be found on the robing section of our webpages.

The University is in a commercial relationship with Ede & Ravenscroft and receives commission based on photography services. This allows us to run the graduation ceremonies without ticketing costs.
