Planning your day

You will need to collect your pre-booked gown prior to having official photographs taken.  Details of the overall schedule for your graduation ceremony can be found on the ‘Planning Your Day’ section of the graduation webpages.  Photographs can be taken before, or after, your ceremony providing you with flexibility on the day.

In addition to portrait photographs taken in the Parry Williams Building, other photographs taken by Ede & Ravenscroft to commemorate the day include:

  • award photographs as students cross the stage in the Great Hall during the ceremony.
  • a large group photograph of the graduating cohort, typically taken at the front of the Arts Centre on LaScala following the ceremony.

These photographs will be available to view and purchase after the ceremony and will be uploaded to the Ede & Ravenscroft website following the event.

Robes

Please note, all graduating students are required to wear the correct academic dress at their degree ceremony.   Further information on how to book your robe in advance of the day can be found on the robing section of our webpages.
