2. Intellectual Property

Students should note that in most cases they own the intellectual property which they create independently of others during the course of their studies and research subject to the provisions set out in the Aberystwyth University and Bangor University Common Intellectual Property Policy. This Policy also sets out the position of the University with respect to the creation, ownership, protection and exploitation of Intellectual Property together with procedures for, and obligations of, staff and students.
