4.11.2 Year Two – Requirements to undertake the integrated placement

1. For FdSc Veterinary Nursing, students must pass all components of the 60 credits in semester one of year two in order to be permitted to proceed to the placement.

2. If students fail a module or assessment, they will be given ONE opportunity to resit in the summer resit assessment period in August and may continue their placement until this point. If they fail the resit, they will no longer be able to continue their placement and must repeat any failed modules from year 2 (this constitutes the second resit attempt).
