Postgraduate courses

In partnership with local enterprise company Menter a Busnes, Aberystwyth Business School offers a Postgraduate Certificate in Change Leadership. This continuing professional development qualification compromises three modules, Coaching and Mentoring, Facilitation for Organisational Leadership and Leading Change, all designed to challenge the student intellectually, develop skills, and extend knowledge. This course is aimed at professional employees and people self-employed, and both delivery and assessment are designed to be of direct relevance to students’ professional activities in the workplace.
