This module examines the key concepts of Organizational Psychology that are relevant to the design of organizational structure and the leadership and management of people in contemporary organizations

The aim of this module is to inroduce the key concepts of Organizational Psychology that are relevant to the design of organizational structure and the leadership and management of people in contemporary organizations.

Student will need to demonstrate their research skills and knowledge of businesses in preparation for lectures and tutorials. |
